We’re putting our vision on today’s workplace into practice by transforming our Antwerp headquarters into a collaboration hub that welcomes equally ambitious companies as co-residents.
The world of work looks a lot different than it used to. With today’s hybrid work dynamics, ‘going to the office’ has earned a new and exciting purpose, one that exceeds what once was - shortly put - a nifty configuration of desks, plants and a pooltable where people ‘get the work done’.
In a flexible hybrid work ecosystem with a work-from-anywhere approach, the true added value of the physical office revolves around optimally facilitating collaborative activities. Crucially complementary to everyone’s workspace at home, our shared workplace has become a highly interaction-focused venue where people primarily flock together to connect, collaborate and get inspired, for the benefit of creating differentiating impact in a fast-moving world. After all, we perform our best when we pull together.
So how do you reach the full potential of these powerful interactions? With an exciting new take on what once was ‘office life’.
November Five’s vision on today’s workspace comes together at The Market, our Antwerp company-owned building at the Scheldestraat that’s been reconfigured to welcome leading external companies as co-inhabitants. A place where business meets creativity, design and technology, for all of our residents to share knowledge and experiences beyond company borders. Because outside-in connections with equally ambitious professionals have great potential to uplift those interactive processes that make the difference in our work - for our clients, and for ourselves. It fosters out-of-the-box thinking, blends other perspectives and organically uncovers diverse opportunities.
In seeking physical proximity to high-performing quality chasers who share the same mindset and drive, we recently said hello to fast-growing fintech startup Credix at our neighbouring desks. Today yet two more inspiring teams have joined us as co-residents: leading brand consulting company SKINN and their spatial design partner 5AM have relocated their Antwerp workspace to our collaboration hub in the Scheldestraat. First-class in branding strategy and with a likeminded drive and ambition, we’re thrilled to welcome the teams at The Market.
Shortly put: the more the merrier - especially more of the same quality-chasing, passionate and ambitious kind. A sweet welcome to all new The Market residents - you feel like old friends already.
