Our Vanbreda Healthcare platform has been awarded a UX Design Awards nomination by International Design Center Berlin – the leading, independent design institution promoting design as a driver for business and social innovation.
Together with longstanding partner Vanbreda Risk & Benefits we’re honored to share that the Vanbreda Healthcare platform has been awarded a nomination in this year’s UX Design Awards, among a shortlist that was handpicked by a jury of independent experts.
Out of over 400 #UXDA22 project entries that represent more than 48 countries, the distinction solidly confirms the app’s empowering user-centric foundations. Offering a frictionless digital experience has been at the heart of developing this product together with Vanbreda from the very start, driven by the shared belief that impactful UX is a core and business-critical product foundation when building loyalty in a low-touch industry like insurance.
The international UX Design Awards form a global recognition platform that has been benchmarking excellence in user experiences across diverse industries for years. Founded and curated by the International Design Center Berlin (IDZ), the competition marks organisations that bring forth outstanding UX design. Previous winners include the likes of other UX powerhouses like Dyson, B&O and T-Mobile – to name just a few.
The Vanbreda Healthcare app is a health insurance platform that translates a complex and fragmented process into a streamlined, frictionless digital experience. As a powerful and intuitive mobile app, it lets users manage all aspects of their health insurance policies and claims from their own mobile device – from submitting medical expenses & tracking reimbursements, to declaring hospitalisations & consulting policy details.
An effortless user experience has been at the heart of developing this digital health insurance platform from the very start. Insurance is often considered to be a ‘low-touch’ industry, where customer contact tends to be relatively rare. However, when those touchpoints do actually occur, it’s usually because of a problem. In these moments – especially when the problem is health-related – a smooth, frictionless experience is more important than ever, and is a key driver of overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
The Vanbreda Healthcare platform is currently featuring in this year’s #UXDA virtual exhibition. While the #UXDA22 jury will determine the award winners by the beginning of September, voting for the public award is open until the end of August. So while you’re at it: hand us a vote while browsing our virtual exhibition spot!
