Defining digital innovation

To us, innovation is not about writing clever ideas on post-its and sticking them on the wall, about putting a pool table in our office, or about wearing Converse in the boardroom. It’s not even always about inventing something big or ground-breaking.

At November Five, innovation is about creating tangible value beyond the boundaries of incremental improvements to the status quo – both for our clients and ourselves – by finding digital solutions to meaningful problems and by identifying opportunities.

We have learnt that keeping up with the times in terms of culture and talent management is merely a foundation of success. Carefully combining and nurturing expertise, methods, effort and intent are what drive the success rate of innovation that matters to our clients today.

Change = uncertainty + possibility

Over the last 18 months, the pace and scale of change has been unprecedented, and with it, uncertainty has loomed greater than ever – for our clients, and also for ourselves.

But alongside its challenges, this uncertainty also brought possibility: the chance to become more attuned to the evolving world around us, to better understand our clients’ business realities, to fully explore the needs of our own people, to reflect on and re-evaluate our offering, and ultimately to evolve into a stronger end-to-end digital innovation partner to our clients driven by the five qualities we share with the world today.
